Emma Friedlander is a Registered Hypnotherapist, Master NLP practitioner and CBT practitioner.

Emma believes everyone is different and no fear, phobia or “issue” can be generalised, which is what lead Emma to develop her own strategy. Emma where necessary combines different elements of different therapies to ensure clients obtain the highest success rates possible and ensures past patterns are alleviated on an unconscious level to grant the best possible results.  Emma prides herself with her client history and believes her successes are due to endless passion and tailoring each session to that particular client and their particular need.

With the ever-growing pressures and fast paced environments we live in, Emma believes Life and Therapy go hand in hand and no problem is ever unsolvable whether this be a hiccup along the road, fears, phobias or habits. Emma works with all ages including children -  either alone with parental consent or if they choose to have a family member present in the session this is also welcomed.

Registered and accredited as a member of the General Hypnotherapy Council and as a member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

Emma is a genius, she quickly established the root cause of my issue and was able to overwrite it. From tears she had me in a fit of laughter and my issue has disappeared months down the line.

Hypnotherapy often goes hand in hand with many misconceptions, countless simply not being true. Hypnotherapy is not a hit and miss therapy, and actually holds some of the highest success rates in the shortest timeframes as well as some of the lowest relapse rates.

A FEW FACTS FOR YOU:

• Did you know that hypnosis is an accepted form of medical treatment and is widely used across UK hospitals as an alternative approach to anaesthetic?

• It has been found that hypnotherapy has a 93% success rate. With fewer sessions needed than other types of therapies.

• Emma is often asked if you will be conscious during your session and the answer is 100% yes. You will be in complete control; your mind will simply be in an altered state of consciousness.

• On an average day one experiences hypnosis naturally twice a day.

• Hypnotherapy ultimately permits the brain to bypass the conscious part of one’s mind. It “turns off” one’s natural desire to ask questions or take note of background noise. Instead the brain gains hyperawareness, a state of being in control of one’s body and/or surrounds without actually consciously thinking about it.
